Explanation
- According to the additional Agreement between NIA and SU both side decided to use the Budget in two different ways: the reminder part of the Fund from 2010 and 2011 implementation of the Projects, kept in ITCC account, allocated in SU, to be used for payment of implementation of Projects 1, 2 and 3 to be paid by $200 000, kept in NIA. The rest of Projects 4 -8, to be paid from the reminder part of the Fund from SU.

- According to the information from Korea the Company SK&C was the winning of the Korean procurement procedure for the first 3 Projects. The Bulgarian partners were selected by the Korean Company under the recommendation of our Advisory Group.
